GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
BRENDA HOWARD (Doddridge)
Brenda has not only made it a point to support local charities, and other outreach organizations but she has
also used her talents and skills to help others as often as she can.

From Churches, to Homeless Shelters, to Domestic Violence Awareness.
Brenda's generosity to her communities have never stopped there.

She has taken her music to hospitals on Christmas Day to perform for the Staff, Nurses, Doctors and Patients while putting her own family celebrations on hold until after the performance.

Brenda has been performing professionally ever since she picked the flute up in Jr. High School and 3 months later was awarded a Medal & "Music Award" & for her first Solo and Ensemble Contest.
That was the start of a very successful and thriving music career.

Brenda knew that she was entrusted with musical skills for a reason and immediately started performing for Alzheimer's units, and nursing facilities because she loved to hear her audience humming along to her songs.
When she realized that she was not only playing for the folks that loved to hear music, but also for professional musicians who would share their stories with her of the incredible artists to which they had performed and where they performed back in their day, she knew that God had led her on this path to music therapy and giving back.

To this day, now, as a NASHVILLE Recording Artist, it is still in Brenda's nature to step up and bring music where others would not.

Where other artists and performers would look away, that is where you can find Brenda's fingerprints of past and present performances.
